Welcome to the website for St Luke here in Austin, Texas.  

Our congregation is 

small and friendly (

everyone does know your name); and it sticks to the basics: understanding and practicing love. 
To practice love, St Luke participates in a number of ways, locally and globally, to meet the physical and spiritual needs of persons, regardless of cultural, religious or gender identification.
To foster understanding, Sunday morning classes explore what it means to be committed to the Christian faith in the 21st century.  Working together in our various service projects gives new dimensions to our relationships and our understanding of the world.
St Luke offers one worship service on Sunday mornings at 10:50, combining informality and tradition, humor and gravity, classic and contemporary song.  On the first Sunday of each month, everyone shares in the Sacrament of Holy Communion, which reenacts for us and the world God’s defining act of love in Jesus.

We are affiliated with the Reconciling Ministries Network.
